Roof Replacement
We don't do shortcuts on replacements. Tear off the old roof, check the decking for soft spots, install synthetic underlayment, drip edge, starter strip, shingles, ridge vent. The whole system. Your roof is only as good as the layers underneath.
Roof Repair
We repair every type of roofing. Asphalt shingles, metal panels, flat membranes, tile. Our guys carry the materials on the truck. Most repairs are same-day once we're on site.
Storm Damage Repair
Wind speeds over 60 mph cause shingle tab lift and seal failure. Hail over 1" diameter causes fractures through the shingle mat to the fiberglass reinforcement. Our HAAG-trained inspectors know the difference between cosmetic damage and functional damage. That distinction determines your insurance payout.
New Roof Installation
We price new installs by the roofing square (100 sq ft). Architectural shingles in Denmark typically run $350-$550 per square installed, depending on the pitch and access. That includes materials, labor, cleanup, and warranty registration.
Metal Roofing
We do metal roof repairs too. Loose panels, failed sealant at transitions, rust spots on older galvanized. Not every metal issue needs a full replacement. Our Denmark crew can usually fix it same-day.

Flat Roofing

Commercial Roofing
TPO is our most-requested commercial membrane in South Carolina. Reflective, energy-efficient, and it welds together at the seams for a watertight bond. We install 60-mil and 80-mil systems with 15-20 year manufacturer warranties.
Gutter Installation
Half-round copper gutters with round downspouts. That's the premium install. We solder joints on-site using 50/50 tin-lead solder. Copper develops a natural patina in South Carolina's climate within 5-7 years. For aluminum, we use Spectra Metals .027 gauge seamless with Raytec hidden hangers rated to hold 25 lbs per linear foot of ice and debris load.
Roof Inspection
We climb up, walk the entire roof, and document what we find with photos and measurements. Takes about 30 minutes. You see exactly what we see. No mysteries, no scare tactics.
Emergency Roof Repair
After we tarp and secure your roof, we document everything for insurance purposes. Photos, measurements, damage descriptions. Your adjuster gets a professional report, not a handwritten note.
Skylight Installation
